Philip Soutter an NGVFA member for many years sadly passed away on the 9th April 2009.

Our condolences go out to Philips wife and family.

Yet another sad loss I speak I think for all the veterans by offering my sincerest condolensces and our thoughts are with you and the family at this sad time.We will remember him not only on rememberance Day but every day God Bless.
