Fallen heroes

This ‘Fallen Heroes’ section is dedicated to all those who have served their country and lost their lives.

Below are NGVFA members who have sadly passed away:

Philip Soutter
1953 - 2009

Philip Soutter, an NGVFA member for many years, sadly passed away on the 9th April 2009

Paul Cropper
1963 - 2008

Paul Cropper, a Corporal in the Duke of Wellington's Regiment, passed away on Sunday 16th November 2008

Stuart Dyson
1968 - 2008

Stuart Dyson, an NGVFA member since 1999, sadly passed away on the 23rd June 2008

Alan Evans
1955 - 2008

Alan Evans, 53, sadly passed away the 28th August 2008

Kevin Cooper
1958 - 2007

Kevin Cooper, REME, attached to the Army Air Corp in the Gulf 1990-91, sadly passed away on 21st May 2007

Terry Walker
1959 - 2007

Terry, who was well known to many people, had been fighting Gulf War Syndrome recognition from the early days
